Born in 2011 as a natural "extension" of the production of local excellence, the RISTORO MONTEFABBRELLO has quickly become a real attraction for tourists and local people, coming from all over the Island of Elba. The company has always cultivated products from organic farming, respecting the environment and enhancing the territory. Thanks to the famous Chef Massimo Poli, today the fruits of these lands are transformed into delicious dishes of the Elban tradition or are revisited in a modern way, giving life to a cuisine of the highest level.

Seasonal vegetables and fruit, strictly at kilometer 0, pass from land to table within few hours. Cooked often to enhance the special Pasta dell'Elba, also produced internally in the company with the ancient grain Senatore Cappelli, are always accompanied by an excellent organic wine and extra virgin olive oil Montefabbrello. Even the Italian Academy of Cuisine recognizes the goodness of the Montefabbrello restaurant by writing that "the company itself produces 80% of the raw materials used in the menu". Cheese, meat and fish are carefully selected in other Elban companies or, when they are not available, however always coming from the Tuscan territory. The kitchen is also very attentive to all possible types of intolerances and allergies.
