Since 2011, Ristoro Montefabbrello has welcomed you into a unique setting, surrounded by the pristine nature of Elba. Born from a passion for genuine flavors and the desire to showcase local excellence, our Ristoro quickly became a must-visit destination for those eager to discover the island through its most authentic products.

Our dishes reflect a commitment to organic and sustainable agriculture, deeply respecting the local environment. The quality of our ingredients proves this: freshly harvested seasonal fruits and vegetables from our own organic crops, brought immediately into the kitchen, and the special Elba Pasta, produced in-house from the ancient Senatore Cappelli grain.

We also collaborate closely with selected local producers to ensure cheeses, meats, and fish are strictly Elban or exclusively sourced from trusted Tuscan suppliers, guaranteeing freshness and quality in every dish.

A blend of 80% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet It is briefly stored in barrels A ruby coloured wine with tannins of fresh fruit. Ideally served with meat and stews

A blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Sangiovese Limited production of the vine stock, the grapes are tested in the vinayards A full-bodied wine with intense aromas of vanilla and crushed red fruit One year aging in French oak barrels and 24 months fining in bottles before being ready for sale. An elegant wine, ideally served with meat, cold cuts and game.

IGT Toscana Biologico Grape 100% Ansonica We start crushing the grapes with our feet in the granite millstone, placed at the entrance of the organic farm restaurant. The must is made in a natural way, avoiding the modern techniques used in nowadays cellars. Wine intense aromas of ripe fruit, it ideally served with meat, fish soup and whatsoever.

Elba Ansonica biologico Grape 100% Ansonica The amber colour and intriguing scents of mature fruit are two principal essence of this sweet wine that make it truly unique. It is full-flavoured and elegant to the palate, with soft hints of caramel. We recommended trying it with blue cheese and medium aged or with shortcrust pastries. This is a wine that offers enough to be enjoyed by itself.
