More and more VIPs are visiting the Island of Elba, some for just a few days, others who after a first visit fall in love with it and choose it as their regular holiday destination, buying apartments and villas.

Among the most eminent figures we cannot fail to mention the very recent visit of Prince Albert of Monaco in June. The Prince was very struck by the beauty of the island and by its colours. After tasting our cuisine, he asked for information about the Azienda Cecilia winery, and thanks to his visit ACQUA DELL'ELBA and LOCMAN are considering opening new shops in the Principality of Monaco.

The presence of VIPs, as well as of journalists and bloggers, is always very welcome on Elba because they help to strengthen the island's already positive image with the general public. For this reason the Hoteliers Association is glad to help those who have contacts of this kind by contributing to their hospitality.
