Elbamylove launches a new Thematic Channel dedicated to Good Food from Elba

Restaurants, Chefs, Recipes, Sommeliers and quality partnerships are among the new features of ElbaMyChef

Food has been one of the trendiest topics of recent years, and Elbamylove.com, the new portal promoting businesses on the Island of Elba, could not ignore it.

Elbamychef is the name of Elbamylove's new thematic channel: it covers food-related curiosities and recipes from the Chefs of the Island of Elba as well as from users, and it also presents restaurants and hotels, with interviews that show how much good – as well as beauty – there is in this corner of paradise.

All it takes is a photo of the dish, the list of ingredients and how to make it. Our staff will publish it shortly, and the most-clicked recipe will be posted on our social channels with all your details."

And precisely thanks to its strong commitment on social media, Elbamychef will be the way to "export" the image of Elba and so bring to the island – and to its businesses – many people who closely follow food-related topics online.

To achieve this, Elbamylove has teamed up with leading figures who can offer different perspectives on food:

- MASSIMO POLI: an established Chef who has run the kitchen of the Taverna dei Poeti restaurant in Capoliveri for more than ten years. Massimo, who also appeared on Antonella Clerici's TV show "La Prova del Cuoco" representing the Island of Elba, is all passion and imagination: he will show us cooking from new angles, always giving us fresh inspiration.

- LAURA CHECCHI: sommelier and private home cook, a true Emilian who moved to the Island of Elba, she has worked in food and beverage for over 15 years. Lalla, as she likes to be called, will guide us through the wonderful world of wine and food.

- ERBORISTERIA ALCHEMILLA: a traditional herbalist's shop in Marina di Campo, also selected by Amazon, which has always paid close attention to vegan cooking and food intolerances.

Last summer Elbamylove had already interviewed Giovanni Rana and Alberto Auricchio while they were on holiday on the island; now, with the announcement of its new thematic channel, it makes Elba's entry into the online and social world of food official... Enjoy your meal, everyone!
