To keep people talking about our beautiful island at this time of year too, we are creating a digital book of Christmas recipes with dishes suggested by the best Chefs... It will be distributed free of charge online, and it will be a gift that everyone can "pass on" to their friends.

It will be called "Christmas with all our heart... Elba Island Chef's best recipes for your special dinners"

Every business, like yours, will get 2 full pages free of charge: one dedicated to a beautiful photo of the dish you propose, while the other will be split between the recipe and a space dedicated to your business... which is the real goal of our initiative. With recipes as the "excuse", we talk about you and your business.

Given how important food is as a topic, this will be a high-impact initiative!

So, over the next few days, we invite you to send us:

• 1 recipe of your choice (you can follow the outline in the document you will find by clicking at the bottom of the page)
• 2-3 different photos of the dish, in landscape and portrait format (careful plating, presentation and background matter here. We will choose the photo that best fits our layout).
• The same recipes will also appear in the "THE CHEF RECOMMENDS" section of the new ELBAMYCHEF portal and will be reposted periodically on our social channels throughout the winter. For this reason, if you wish, we also invite you to take photos of the various stages of preparing the recipe, which will be published on the portal.

You can send everything to press@elbamylove.com. The deadline for submissions is TUESDAY 8 December.

Distribution of the book will begin in the days immediately after layout and will continue until 6 January, with communication campaigns on all social networks.
