VEG COOKERS – Vegan cooking course

SATURDAY 21 NOVEMBER FROM 10.00 TO 18.00, Erboristeria Alchemilla is organising the first Vegan Cooking Course – level 1

This autumn many new things await you at Erboristeria Alchemilla; the first is the brand-new vegan cooking course "Veg Cookers", which will take place in a single session on 21 November from 10.00 to 18.00, with lunch included in the price and with the chance to prepare a complete weekly vegan menu. In December there will also be a short vegan cooking course, "Veg Christmas Cookers" – the vegan Christmas lunch, where we shall learn recipes from starter to dessert, all strictly vegan – panettone included!"

Participants will receive the course notes and a certificate of attendance. It is useful for each participant to bring containers so as to take home the dishes prepared in the afternoon.

The course will be given by Chiara Sarti, naturopath – expert in bio-natural cooking – at the Hotel "La Rosa", San Piero in Campo, Campo nell'Elba (Island of Elba)
