Who hasn't suffered from "Elba sickness" after a holiday on our island?
That is how the advertising campaign of Acqua dell'Elba begins on the digital pages of Glamour.it, with an article about "Mal d'Elba" – the longing you feel once you leave Elba – and which "medicines" to take for it. The perfumes created by the Elba-based company, for example, as the well-known magazine suggests...
This is the first in a series of articles – almost one a week from the beginning of September until Christmas – in which, besides Acqua dell'Elba, the Island of Elba itself is the subject! And not only articles: there will also be several other formats, such as videos and interactive pieces for readers, plus the inevitable posts on social media, from Twitter to Facebook!
What will come across most clearly in all of Glamour.it's pieces is that Elba really is a glam island! So many things to do, to experience, to breathe in.
Currently online is a suggestion to discover the island on foot: trekking along La Via dell'Essenza (a project curated by Acqua dell'Elba), a coastal trail of no less than 127 km – a spectacular, open-air way to get to know this land and its scents (here is the link to the article: http://www.glamour.it/profumi/donna/2015/09/18/profumi-dellelba-una-meraviglia-che-scopro-facendo-trekking/).
Also this week, an interesting post on the most important regattas in the Mediterranean, opening with the advertising photo of Acqua dell'Elba Sport, the new fragrance from the Elba brand (here is the link: http://www.glamour.it/news/eventi/2015/09/17/spirito-libero-sempre-tu-amerai-il-mare/).
The next articles will cover the Tuscan Archipelago, the sea in winter, memories of summer and much more, all the way to Christmas gifts.
The idea, as always, is to convey love for this island through a perfume created right here, by a company that, in this way too, tries to give back to its land part of what it receives from it.
The Glamour.it campaign comes just a few months after the one Acqua dell'Elba ran during the summer with another glossy magazine, Elle, and after the success of its many advertising spots on the Mediaset channels.
