The Restaurant SALEGROSSO is born from an entrepreneurial idea of three friends: Antonio, Cristiano and Andrea, and their common passion for good food.
The restaurant is located in a corner of the pretty square at the beginning of the promenade of Marciana Marina, just a few meters from Cotton, one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the village.
In the kitchen Antonio, the young chef of Neapolitan origin, treats fish with care and simplicity, combining more particularities with the typical tradition of the Elba cuisine.
Andrea and Cristiano take care of their customers, guiding them in a culinary journey to discover island's flavors, next to wines chosen from a list built by searching around Italy, small niche companies, a bit outside the Trade-mark of the best-known trade marks.
Raw Fish, Gnocchi with True Veal and Pesto d'Arancio, Marbled Ravioli stuffed with Totano in Salsa Marinara, Totan Ripieno, are only some of the proposals that can be found in the Salegrosso menu.
