Arcipelago is the studio apartment at Appartamenti Criage, a small property surrounded by greenery in Marina di Campo, on Elba Island. Thirty square metres designed for two, with a private terrace almost as generous as the interior, and the longest sandy beach on Elba just one kilometre away. A quiet, self-contained choice for those who want the sea without giving up the silence.

The apartment

The studio measures 30 sqm and consists of a single bright room with a double bed and a kitchenette equipped for preparing breakfasts and dinners independently. The bathroom is spacious, with a double washbasin and shower — an unusual feature in a studio, and one guests appreciate after a day at the beach. A cot or child's bed for children up to 6 years can be added on request.

The private 20 sqm terrace

The real strength of Arcipelago is its private covered terrace of 20 sqm, enclosed by a small gate and overlooking the greenery of the property. It is an outdoor space two thirds the size of the apartment itself: breakfast in the shade, lunch out of the sun, evenings outside without ever leaving home. Being covered, it stays usable even on the hottest days of July and August.

The shared areas at Appartamenti Criage

The studio is part of a property surrounded by greenery, with generous shared spaces that make a holiday more liveable than an apartment in the town centre: a bocce court, barbecue, gazebo, picnic area and children's playground. A relaxed, family-friendly setting where guests have room to be outdoors well beyond beach hours.

Location

Appartamenti Criage is located at Via del Renaio 648, Marina di Campo (LI), about 1 km from the beach and the town centre: a ten to fifteen minute walk, or a few minutes by bike. Marina di Campo offers the longest sandy beach on Elba Island, a small harbour, restaurants, shops and connections to the main towns of the island. Within a few kilometres you reach the coves of Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia, and the walking trails of Monte Perone.
