Take it easy! Stop and Breathe!
Leave the daily rush and slow down at the pace of the donkey!
An afternoon of relaxation, of the relationship with oneself and nature. A trek through the enchanting wood of the Somareria to a peaceful clearing where we will practice yoga. The practice of yoga combined with the value of the relationship with the donkey.

Yoga will be led by Monica Brandino - Odaka style yoga teacher (Prenatal Odaka yoga - Odaka yoga Kids)

Cost € 30.00 per person
Telephone booking is required.
The mats and towel for yoga practice will not be provided.
We accept up to a maximum of 20 participants.
