The Erboristeria Alchemilla of Marina di Campo is organizing a basic course of Vegan Pastries for the 6th March by the Hotel Villa Rita, in collaboration with the vegan chef and naturopathic doctor Chiara Sarti. They will explain the basis for cakes, biscuits, pastries and croissants .
