THE SOLE APARTMENT is a bright one bedroom apartment of 45 m2 (plus a 15 m2 private terrace overlooking the sea) which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The interiors consist of a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The terrace, which can be accessed directly through a wonderful large window, is what will make your holiday in these apartments unique. From the morning you can enjoy the wonderful view of the beach, the sea and the entire gulf of Marina di Campo, sheltered from the sun thanks to a large electrically controlled roof awning. In the evening you can directly dine on the terrace or sip a glass of wine while admiring a panorama that will remain in your heart for a long time.

The LUNA APARTMENT is the second bright two-room apartment of 60 square meters (plus a 15 square meter private terrace directly overlooking the sea) which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The well-kept interiors consist of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen of this apartment is located directly on the wonderful terrace, well sheltered by a large electrically controlled roof awning. Preparing lunch and dinner while admiring the sea will make your holiday in this apartment even more special! Here too, in the evening you can dine on the terrace or have an aperitif while admiring the wonderful panorama that you can enjoy over the entire gulf.
