All our apartments have a kitchen with microwave and capsule coffee machine, a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and satellite TV, large double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and a large terrace where you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors.

At the disposal of our customers there is a laundry area with coin-operated washing machines, ironing board and iron, a barbecue area with adjacent patio for your grills, a green space with a children's playground, a relaxation area, an outdoor shower, bicycle available for the entire stay.

The apartments are 400 meters from the beach of Marina di Campo where you can find umbrellas and deckchairs rental, and only 600 meters from the town easily reachable on foot along the seafront, where we can find all the services necessary to spend a beautiful holiday.
