Since 2005, Chef Marco Mazzella has led the kitchen, offering a creative and flavorful menu based on fresh local seafood and selected meat. The cuisine is enriched by oriental influences, which are also reflected in the restaurant's décor. Upon request, guests can enjoy Asian and Thai specialties prepared with care and authenticity.

Timeless local dishes are always on the menu, such as the famous Cacciucco, a traditional fish stew prepared following the original recipe handed down by the grandmother who opened the restaurant in the 1950s.
