Since 1956, located in the vibrant pedestrian area of Marina di Campo, Ristorante L’Aragosta has been a landmark for seafood lovers looking for tradition, quality, and warm hospitality. The Mazzella family, now in its third generation, manages the restaurant with dedication and attention to detail.
Since 2005, Chef Marco Mazzella has led the kitchen, offering a creative and flavorful menu based on fresh local seafood and selected meat. The cuisine is enriched by oriental influences, which are also reflected in the restaurant's décor. Upon request, guests can enjoy Asian and Thai specialties prepared with care and authenticity.
Timeless local dishes are always on the menu, such as the famous Cacciucco, a traditional fish stew prepared following the original recipe handed down by the grandmother who opened the restaurant in the 1950s. Alongside this icon, the chef offers modern reinterpretations that highlight his creativity and culinary skill.
The menu features a wide range of land and sea appetizers: marinated or smoked salmon, tuna, and swordfish, along with crispy Nori seaweed fritters and shrimp spring rolls, offering a perfect start to any meal.
Every day, fresh baked fish and homemade Cacciucco are served, showcasing the best of Elba Island’s seafood traditions and the quality of local ingredients.
