A tasty gift, entirely free, to share with the people you love. The first collection of recipes by the chefs of the Island of Elba, produced by the portal Elbamylove.com, with contributions from Giovanni Rana and Alberto Auricchio.
A mouth-watering and certainly useful idea from Elbamylove.com, the new portal of Island of Elba businesses: a collection of recipes to make for holiday lunches and dinners, offered by chefs, sommeliers, master ice-cream makers and owners of food businesses on this beautiful island.
An elegant idea, and all the more welcome because it is completely free. Everyone can share it, both close at hand with the people they love, by making the recipes, and from afar, by sharing the file on their social channels.

The project immediately appealed to two important figures in the Italian food industry as well: Giovanni Rana and Alberto Auricchio, great friends of the Island of Elba. Both contributed to it, sending the readers of the collection their personal season's greetings and, of course, a recipe.
Among the other contributors, special mention goes to the Consorzio Elba Taste, set up to promote the food and wine of the Island of Elba and the Tuscan Archipelago across Italy. It is a network of producers, restaurateurs and retailers whose strength lies in the quality of Elban products and in promoting the culture of local food.
Together with them, the collection brings together 15 chefs, 1 sommelier, 1 master ice-cream maker and 7 owners of manufacturing or retail businesses to create 80 pages that are beautiful to look at and delicious to taste.
"This is a project we had had in mind for some time, and that we were able to carry out thanks to the great enthusiasm and valuable collaboration of all these people. There are so many of them and they are all excellent… every recipe, which you will also see published individually over the coming days, is a hymn to Italian cooking", comment Federica Berselli and Andrea Fustaino, owners of the portal Elbamylove.com. Christmas with heart… is born of a great passion for the Island of Elba and its thousand beauties: the sea, walks, excellent food… unique in summer, but there to be discovered all year round!
