ELBAnewsLETTER - The Hotel Association helps who rents apartments

The new Tuscan Tourism Law has introduced some significant changes in the regulation of B&B facilities, of wide hotels (arts. 21 and 22) and the obligations of those who rent houses, distinguishing it clearly who does it privately and who performs this activity as a company (art. 70). Also, they have changed the method of completion of "coupons" concerning the presence of the guests by the facilities, which now must be sent electronically to the competent authorities for immediate verification of residence and regularly hosted parties permission.

The Hotel Association Elba, always at the forefront in this field, now is available to all owners of holiday homes for the care of these new procedures, at low cost.
