ELBAnewsLETTER - “BUY TUSCANY ON THE ROAD 2017” on the Island of Elba

As anticipated by the Regional Tourism Manager Dr. Ciuoffo during the Assembly of the Association of Hoteliers in October 2016, the second edition of the "Buy Tuscany on the road in 2017" will be held on the Island of ELBA on May 8TH. This important international B2B character event is organized by Regione Toscana and Tuscany Tourist Board to promote the meeting between the Tuscan offer and the 50 buyers from 15 European and non-European countries.

On the occasion of the first edition of Buy Tuscany On The Road, held last year in Maremma, the commissioner Ciuoffo had declared that "The enthusiasm with which the international tour operators have welcomed the meeting is the clear signal that in the world of tourism there is a great desire to discover that part of Tuscany not yet affected by massive tourism"

The fact that this second edition of this workshop is taken on the Island of Elba is certainly an important window on international tourism.

The appointment is reserved to professionals who want to participate with B2B meetings and will be held according to an agenda of customized appointments. The Tuscan operators will have a fixed location, within three distinct areas corresponding to the following types of offer:

✓ Active & Outdoor (spa and wellness, swimming, golf, hiking, biking, nature tourism activities in the parks / protected areas, etc.);

✓ Sun & Sea;

✓ Luxury (5 * hotel, residences vintage / castles / historic houses, service companies in the luxury sector support).
