MIDDLE AUGUST FEST ….BY THE POOL OF THE HOTEL MONTECRISTO RESORT****

August.... is the month of holidays and entertainments on the Island of Elba. In many facilities there are special evenings, themed menus so that guests have an even more pleasant memories of their staying on the island during the top period of the summer.

The Hotel Montecristo Resort **** in Marina di Campo yesterday evening proposed a very rich buffet made by Chef Alessandro Mirabelli and his staff served on the elegant veranda by the pool. Among the dishes Croaker Tartare, Tuna and Salmon, Cruditè of Shrimp and Oysters, Salt Cod Tempura, mixed Fried Calamari and Shrimps, Penne with Lobster , Arancini with squid ink, Seafood Paella and four meters of pastry Buffet as well as a selection of vegan dishes with Seitan and Tofu, which represent the novelty of the hotel's kitchen for 2016.

For the occasion, the guests were seated at candlelit tables on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea in the moonlight ... a beginning of mid-August celebrations surely exclusive and romantic, which met - needless to say - a great success.
