Food and wine ... Take Away Promotion

Chef Massimo Poli, from Elba Island, talks about tourism through good food.
"I want to start from this: the right word would be " export", but the term" take-away" makes good sense of the physical act. Well I intend to physically carry something somewhere. Food and wine has in fact just have that power. We can bring a material thet you want to promote around the world.... but can you do it with a beach ?? With a path in a forest ?? With a seabed?? or an hotel ... the question is rhetorical and the answer is obvious: NO !!
This sector of our national tourism instead, with its products and its interpreters, has the power to make you live a real sensorial experience. But not only sensory, in fact, if well organized, this sharing is also mental and cultural. Food and wine tell the story of a country, tell the social status of the different periods, tell of suffering, of sharing, of history.
