L’ANGOLO DEL GUSTO is the new restaurant, opened in Loc. La Pila-Airport from March 2016, born from requests, both of tourists and residents, about special dishes, particularly vegans, vegetarians and gluten free. This idea was implemented by the young entrepreneur Valeria Paduanelli together with her Dad Daniele with 38 years of experience in the restaurant business.
Completely renovated in 2016, the restaurant is spacious, full of light and tastefully decorated. The large main room has been reorganized, creating even more separate areas and a space for children.
L’ANGOLO DEL GUSTO has a unique attention to the customer because its goal is to balance the needs and tastes of all food with the pleasure of dining with your friends and loved ones. The Paduanelli family origins are from Puglia; chef and staff are experts in Tuscan cooking ... and from this union were born tasty theme nights and an extensive menu ranging from meat, fish, veg ...all with great success. There is also the pizzeria with a wood-burning oven, while the gluten-free kitchen was even equipped with an oven exclusively dedicated to cooking without gluten.
"90% of our products are natural based - it tells Daniele Paduanelli - specially selected to meet all the needs of customers who are lactose- , gluten intolerant and vegan. It follows that our kitchen also produces desserts are lactose-free and gluten-free.
