Description
Villino Lelle
Ground-floor villa portion with garden and outdoor terrace, consisting of two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Independent entrance, kitchenette equipped with 4 burners, refrigerator and sink. Both bathrooms feature a shower cabin, various accessories and hot water supplied by solar panels.
The furnishings, in traditional Tuscan country style (arte povera), include some valuable antique pieces.
Wireless internet connection, LED TV, two bicycles available for the entire stay, a barbecue and an outdoor hot shower complete the apartment, which is available from early afternoon (after cleaning is completed) and must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day.
The distance from the centre of Marina di Campo and the beach is 800 metres. For larger families, there is also the possibility of an additional room with independent entrance adjacent to the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
