This spacious first floor apartment features a welcoming entrance/living room/kitchen area, a comfortable double bedroom and a bedroom with sofa beds. From the living room, you will enjoy direct access to a charming covered terrace, furnished with a table and 4 chairs for moments of pure relaxation in the open air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all necessary supplies, including pans, pans, plates and cutlery. Furthermore, we put a washing machine at your disposal to make your stay even more comfortable. The dining room is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant climate, and the presence of a sunshade at the entrance door and mosquito nets on each window will allow you to fully enjoy the sea breeze without worries.

The reserved parking for 2 cars ensures comfort and tranquility during your stay. To explore the island in a sustainable way, we also put at your disposal two slightly dated but still functional bicycles. Under the loggia, you will find a sink and a clothesline for your daily needs.
