Here you can relax or go jogging along the Health Path that runs through the Parco delle Terme San Giovanni and then complete the ring on the splendid walkway in the middle of the sea, admiring the spectacular setting of Portoferraio with the Darsena and the Medici Fortresses. Along the Health Route, the information boards will suggest the most suitable exercises to improve flexibility and tone.
